Employment – Contract IR35 – Inside Hybrid – on site 3 days a week - Hertfordshire The Finance Systems & Data Senior Analyst plays a key role in supporting and optimising Oracle Cloud ERP solutions across Financials (GL, AP, AR, PA, FA, CM), Procurement, Risk Management, and Fusion Data Analytics (FDA) modules. This position combines functional and technical expertise to drive continuous improvement, enhance system performance, and deliver innovative solutions that support business efficiency, compliance, and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities • Provide expert day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud modules across Financials, Procurement, Risk Management, and FDA., • Lead the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of new features and enhancements within the Oracle Fusion environment., • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse requirements, translating them into effective Oracle solutions aligned with best practices., • Configure and maintain system setups, approval workflows, and integrations while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards., • Conduct root cause analysis of complex issues, implementing long-term solutions to improve stability and user experience., • Manage Oracle quarterly update cycles, including impact assessment, regression testing, and communication of changes to users., • Design and develop data-driven reporting solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, and FDA tools to support business intelligence needs., • Deliver user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to promote Oracle adoption and capability across the organisation., • Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and support activities., • Collaborate with Oracle Support and system integrators to ensure timely issue resolution., • Finance Leadership Team, • Transformation Office, • Finance, Procurement, and Risk Business Stakeholders, • Data Warehouse / Enterprise Teams, • Internal IT & Infrastructure Teams, • Oracle Support Essential Skills & Experience • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and support, particularly across Financials, Procurement, and Risk Management modules., • Working knowledge of BI tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) and security role configuration., • Strong analytical ability to evaluate business processes and translate them into effective Oracle-based solutions., • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with a focus on delivering sustainable solutions., • Experience managing deliverables within structured or hybrid project environments, including CRP, UAT, and deployment phases., • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with technical teams, business users, and senior leaders., • Stakeholder Management: Skilled at managing expectations, building trust, and ensuring alignment between IT initiatives and business strategy., • Collaboration: Strong team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset., • Organisation: Capable of prioritising multiple tasks and delivering results in a fast-paced environment., • Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic settings and supporting ongoing change and transformation., • Continuous Improvement: Committed to identifying and implementing opportunities to optimise processes and enhance user satisfaction.
