Key Responsibilities: • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including NDAs, LOIs, Term Sheets, SPAs, financing agreements, and commercial contracts., • Lead and support corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, and joint venture activities, from initial scoping and due diligence through to post-closing integration., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as Corporate Development, Tax, Finance, and Operations—to ensure the efficient and timely progression of strategic transactions., • Provide legal advice on governance, compliance, and regulatory matters., • Manage external legal counsel and coordinate legal services across jurisdictions, ensuring performance, budget adherence, and alignment with engagement terms., • Support the resolution of claims and disputes as arising within the business and respond to internal queries as needed., • As required, oversee legal aspects of development projects, including greenfield and brownfield developments, construction, and leasing., • Align legal strategies with the Vivion Group’s business objectives and ensure consistency in legal practices across LGHHM and the Vivion Group. Experience & Skills: • UK-qualified lawyer with 5 - 7 years PQE, having trained at a reputable law firm and ideally with in-house experience gained through either a secondment or a permanent role., • Solid background in corporate law and M&A, with exposure to real estate, greenfield/brownfield development, hospitality and/or corporate finance transactions., • Willingness to diversify and contribute to a broad range of in-house legal matters., • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with meticulous attention to detail., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels., • Highly organised, with a disciplined approach to record-keeping and project documentation., • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet demanding deadlines., • Effective problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively., • Familiarity with European legal frameworks and experience in cross-border transactions.

LCP undertakes property identification and acquisition of the best real estate opportunities, followed up by refurbishing and furnishing for rental or end use. Thereafter we let, manage and maintain the property portfolio. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic project manager to work on the renovation and interior design of the properties. Our ideal recruit will have an interest in renovating property to maximise investment returns, with sound administration and a strong knowledge of CAD. They should be personable, articulate, well organised and have a good telephone manner and writing style, with the ability to sell the services of LCP via third party introductions. They will need the ability to multi-task as there may be as many as 20 projects running simultaneously. They will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of undertaking renovations within central London and should be confident both on site and within the office. Detailed specification • Drawing up specifications, work packages, interior design schemes and obtaining quotations from contractors, • Understand and interpret design requirements of potential homeowners, • Site visits to measure up and assess renovation works, interior design requirements and furnishings, • Analysing floor plans for space optimisation for the professional rental sector, • Drawing up and preparing the background information and specification for the client quote, • Briefing contractors on site and following up works with site visits, issuing site meeting minutes, • Tender analysis and value engineering, • Applying for and obtaining Licence for Alterations, Listed Buildings Consent and Planning Consent (where appropriate), • Liaising with Building Control, • Managing Health & Safety requirements, • Curating furniture packages to be sold to refurbishment clients or as a new business stream, • Supervising and arrange their installation and arrangement on site, • Upon completion of renovation works, style property for occupation and photographs, • Liaising with clients, suppliers and contractors by email and on the telephone, • Compilation of snagging lists and O&M manuals, • Keeping up to date with any building regulations changes and other regulatory issues, • Maintaining a contractor and 3rd party professionals list, • Assisting with company initiatives to grow department (estate agent referral scheme), • Contributing to the company’s social media streams, • Helping the company improve the department processes and procedures

Commercial Property Asset Manager – Historic Landed Estate Madison Berkeley is currently recruiting for a client-side Commercial Property Asset Manager, based in West London. The position would see you joining a Landed Estate with offices in both London and South West. The Property Asset Manager will be responsible for the entire commercial portfolio, working alongside the Head of Property. The commercial property portfolio is made up of London offices, national retail parks, industrial estates, and agricultural land with the role helping to manage all assets. About the firm • The business owns a portfolio of circa £500 million., • Portfolio management including property management, asset management, leasing, acquisitions, and disposals., • Diverse range of assets including office space, retail parks, industrial estates, and agricultural land. Duties include • Full Property Management lifecycle duties., • Consulting with tenants and managing agents negotiating rent reviews & lease renewals, new lettings., • Preparing properties for sale and producing due diligence and reports for new acquisitions., • Implementing the strategic plan for each property, including the securing and implementation of planning permissions as applicable., • Project managing refurbishments, manage capex spend and development programmes., • Assisting with the preparation of annual Estate and service charge budgets. Preferred Candidate • Minimum of two years’ experience in Commercial Property Management., • Whilst not essential, the preferred candidate would be a qualified Chartered Surveyor., • Experience and an appreciation of the importance of health & safety policies and risk assessments., • Knowledge of Property Management Systems, specifically QUBE.
