Financial Management and ROI Analysis: • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and tracking expenditures. • Analyze the financial performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, calculating and reporting on return on investment (ROI). • Collaborate with the finance team on forecasting, budget allocation, and financial reporting. Project and Process Management: • Lead and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. • Develop and implement standardized marketing processes and workflows to improve team efficiency and scalability. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Data Analysis and Reporting: • Own the marketing data and analytics function, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and governance. • Generate regular reports and presentations for senior leadership on marketing performance, budget utilization, and project status. • Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing goals with company-wide objectives. Facilitate communication, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing across teams.
