MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO HORWICH, BOLTON AS THIS IS AN OFFICE BASED ROLE Fluent Money is seeking a proactive and driven Learning & Development Specialist to support the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning across the business. This role plays a key part in ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills and regulatory competence required to perform effectively within a regulated financial services environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of a broad range of learning and development activities, including the creation of engaging training materials, facilitation of inductions and workshops, management of competency and CPD processes, and support of examination pathways including CeMAP, R05 and CeRER. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills, creativity, stakeholder engagement and the ability to work independently. The role will work closely with managers across the business to identify training needs, maintain competency standards and contribute to a positive learning culture that supports both employee development and business performance. A day in the life: • Design, develop and maintain engaging learning materials across classroom, workshop and digital formats, • Create training resources aligned to business objectives, operational processes and FCA regulatory requirements, • Review and continuously improve learning content based on feedback, business changes and performance trends, • Ensure all learning materials remain accurate, compliant and up to date, • Deliver engaging inductions, workshops and training sessions across the business, • Facilitate both technical and behavioural learning interventions for employees at varying levels of experience Support the effective administration and delivery of the company CPD programme, • Manage booking, tracking and progression of employees undertaking professional examinations, • Ensure training and competency activities align with FCA regulations and principles About Fluent Money: At Fluent Money, we're more than just a financial services company!
