The role ensures operational excellence, productivity, and customer satisfaction, while supporting overall business performance. Key Responsibilities The role requires ownership of day-to-day operational activities, commercial performance, and customer service across project and general forwarding shipments. Responsibilities include coordinating complex multimodal movements, managing suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring shipments are completed efficiently and profitably.
