Location; Tamworth We are working with a well-established plastics manufacturing business in Tamworth that is in the middle of a £6 million investment programme. The site is moving away from a reactive, firefighting approach to maintenance and building a proactive, continuous improvement culture, with new equipment and several refurbishment projects planned over the next 12 months. This is a great opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer who wants a £54,000 salary, a genuine work-life balance and the chance to shape how engineering is done on site. These are three brand-new positions, created to strengthen the existing engineering team and take it to 14.
