We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Advisor to join our growing people team at The Roof Gardens. The role As a Talent Advisor, you will lead end-to-end recruitment and talent development initiatives in the business. This role is pivotal in attracting, engaging, and retaining top-tier talent while driving impactful development programs that align with company vision and member’s experience. Talent advisor is a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders, supporting workforce planning, sourcing, selection, onboarding, and long-term employee growth across our operation. Key responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding., • Collaborate closely with People team on any administrative aspects of candidate onboarding such as conducting right to work checks, online onboarding, conducting company inductions, securing 90 day onboarding feedback., • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment events., • Build talent pipelines for high-volume, seasonal, and hard-to-fill positions., • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) and provide insights to improve processes., • Collaborate with operations teams to create training roadmaps and career progression pathways., • Champion employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the hospitality industry., • Represent the company at recruitment fairs, hospitality schools, and industry networking events., • Ensure hiring practices comply with UK employment legislation and hospitality industry standards., • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS platforms., • Support people team in conducting salary benchmarking exercises on an annual basis to ensure internal talent management practices are data driven.
