Tree House Care's been established for over 25 years, and we're now looking for a Registered Manager to join our Grimsby family and continue our mission of doing the right thing. We're looking for a Registered Manager who can lead from the front, setting firm and fair boundaries to ensure consistency of care while maintaining our warm atmosphere. About Our Home Our home in Grimsby is currently rated Good by Ofsted. Its made up of two adjoined properties that provide a welcoming environment for up to seven young people with additional learning and communication needs, including autism. While we've increased security measures tailored to the specific requirements of our children, the home remains incredibly cosy. Because we need a Registered Manager who can respond to call-outs when needed, you'll need to live within an achievable commutable distance of the home. The Role: What you'll be doing In this role, you'll assume the post of Registered Manager and take full responsibility for the leadership and operational success of the home. Your day-to-day will involve: • Inspiring Leadership: Leading by example to motivate a dedicated care team and foster a nurturing culture., • Quality & Compliance: Ensuring the home remains compliant with Ofsted Quality Standards and the Childrens Homes Regulations., • Safeguarding: Championing a person-centred approach to the overall well-being of our young people., • Strategic Oversight: Managing budgets, rotas, and staff deployment to ensure effective cover., • The Background: Solid experience in residential care management with a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and employment law., • Qualifications: Youve a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or you're prepared to work towards this)., • The Approach: You're a strong leader and role model who leads from the front while being flexible, reliable, and able to maintain firm boundaries., • Tech Savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office and digital reporting software., • Salary & Bonus: £40,000 to £55,000 per annum, plus an attractive bonus scheme., • Private Healthcare: Comprehensive insurance for you and your children (up to age 18)., • Enhanced Leave: 26 days leave (rising to 31 through progression) plus Bank Holidays., • Life Assurance: Cover at 2x your salary for peace of mind., • Support: Company pension and accredited training to help you gain further qualifications., • Apply: Submit your CV for review., • Visit: Interested candidates are invited to visit the home to meet the team., • Interview: A face-to-face meeting with the Director of Operations and other Senior Managers.
