Maintaining Kitchen Cleanliness • Dishwashing and Equipment Cleaning: Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using industrial dishwashers or by hand, as well as cleaning cooking equipment. • Sanitizing Surfaces: Keeping countertops, prep stations, and other kitchen surfaces clean and sanitized in compliance with health and safety regulations. • Cleaning Floors: Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining kitchen floors to ensure a clean and safe environment. 3. Stock and Inventory Management • Storing Ingredients: Properly storing food and ingredients according to food safety guidelines, including correct labeling and rotation to prevent spoilage.
