What we’re looking for: • Ideally worked in the Social Housing sector within Building Safety., • Extensive and demonstratable experience of Building Safety with exposure to fire safety, structural compliance and health and safety., • Hold a relevant professional qualification in construction, fire or health and safety., • Experience of leading / managing hybrid Teams to effectively delivery building and fire safety roles., • Applied understanding of UK building / fire safety legislation, including the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety Act 2021, Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 and The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005., • Practical working knowledge and experience of building structures and construction, building safety inspections, fire strategies / management plans, fire safety and associated risk management., • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and identifying and developing new systems i.e. C365, RiskFlag or similar., • Full UK driving license required.
