This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within hospitality and kitchen operations. Experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.     Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Coach to deliver high-quality Physical Education (PE) sessions and extracurricular sports activities to primary school children. This role is ideal for someone passionate about inspiring young people, promoting physical activity, and supporting skill development in a fun and inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities • Deliver curriculum-based PE coaching sessions to groups of up to 30 children (lesson plans provided), • Lead engaging and enjoyable breakfast, lunchtime, and after-school sports clubs, • Teach and demonstrate sports techniques, rules, and strategies in line with provided lesson plans, • Support and guide children to improve their skills, confidence, and overall performance, • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback (end-of-unit assessments required), • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all participants, • Organise and coordinate sports events, competitions, and tournaments, • Work collaboratively with other coaches, teachers, and staff to enhance the sports programme, • Apply effective behaviour management strategies to ensure productive sessions Essential Requirements • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sports coaching within a primary school setting, • Strong knowledge and understanding of the sport(s) being delivered, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to motivate and inspire children of varying abilities, • Strong behaviour management skills, • Patience, adaptability, and the ability to perform well under pressure, • Minimum Level 2 NGB Coaching Qualification or Level 3 in Sport Desirable Requirements • First Aid Certification, • Valid driver’s licence or ability to travel between locations (if required) Why Join Us?
