Job Description: Project Manager - NHS - EPR x 3 Hybrid Working - 2 days in South West 4 Months £550-£600 - Outside IR35 My NHS client is currently undertaking a significant digital transformation programme to implement Oracle Health as their new Electronic Patient Record (EPR). We are looking for an experienced EPR Project Manager to drive specific workstreams within this large-scale deployment. Key Responsibilities will include; Project Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of assigned EPR workstreams using PRINCE2/Agile methodologies, maintaining robust project plans, RAID logs, and reporting structures. Stakeholder Management: Engage with diverse stakeholders, from Consultant Surgeons and Chief Nursing Officers to IT technical staff, ensuring clinical requirements are translated into technical solutions. Vendor Management: Act as a key point of contact with Oracle Health technical and deployment teams to resolve issues and monitor progress. Governance: Prepare papers for Project Boards and Steering Groups, providing transparent reporting on milestones and risks. Change Management: Support the cultural change required for digital adoption, helping to map current vs. future state workflows. You will have experience in the following; Oracle Health Order Management: Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle (Cerner) Order Comms configuration, including catalogs, favorites, and result endorsement workflows. Complex Project Management: A strong background in delivering complex NHS IT projects, managing strict timelines, RAID logs, and inter-dependencies between clinical modules. Change Management: Experience in mapping "As-Is" vs. "To-Be" workflows in a diagnostic setting. You must be able to guide clinical staff through the transition, minimizing disruption to diagnostic turnaround times. Stakeholder Leadership: The ability to engage and negotiate with senior clinical stakeholders (e.g., Consultant Radiologists, Pathology Service Leads) and technical third-party vendors.
