In this role, you will lead on IBSs Communication Information Systems (CIS). You will be the direct Line Manager for an Administration Officer (AO) Civil Servant as well as managing output from the Signal Platoon consisting of 19 Service Personnel (SP) of different ranks. It should be noted that although you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day output of the Signals Platoon, you will not be the Line Manager of individuals occupying any military positions. This dedicated team provides essential support to students during their trade training. Effectively managing the CIS equipment and personnel is a vital component of ensuring the successful delivery of courses at the IBS.
