Job Title: Head of Sales Location: Nottingham. Hybrid 1 full day per week in the office First 3 months, an office presence of 3 days a week will be required Reporting To: CEO, Tweezerman UK Role Type: Full Time, permanent Direct Reports: 3 full-time reports: Senior NAM, Nam and Sales Executive The Opportunity: Tweezerman UK is seeking a commercially driven, strategic and hands-on Head of Sales to lead the next phase of growth across the UK & Ireland. Reporting directly to the entrepreneurial CEO, this is a pivotal leadership role with full ownership of the UK sales function. You will lead a team of three and oversee a diverse portfolio of 50+ accounts across Grocery, High Street, Health & Beauty, Department Stores, Pharmacy, Travel Retail, Convenience and E-Commerce. This role combines strategic leadership, Key Account Management (including direct responsibility for Boots and Superdrug), and new business development within a dynamic FMCG beauty environment. Salary: Salary and package will reflect level of experience Key responsibilities · Full P&L accountability · Full P&L responsibility for the UK sales function · Own annual budget setting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles · Deliver sales and profit targets in line with strategic growth plans · Manage customer investment, promotional spend and trade marketing budgets · Prepare and present monthly sales updates and forecasts to UK and Group leadership Strategy Development and Execution: · Develop and execute the UK sales strategy in partnership with the CEO · Identify and unlock new channels, customers and market opportunities · Lead Joint Business Planning with major customers · Drive category growth and position Tweezerman UK as a strategic partner · Spearhead initiatives to grow distribution, visibility and share across all brands · Support Own Label and tertiary brand development in collaboration with Product and China teams \t Key Account Management · Direct responsibility for Boots and Superdrug · Oversee the strategic development of all major retail partnerships · Conduct data-led range reviews and commercial analysis to identify growth opportunities · Negotiate trading terms, JBPs and annual agreements · Drive excellence in execution across promotions, NPD launches and in-store visibility · Assert Tweezerman UK as category captains for all major retailers Team Leadership and Management: · Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team · Set clear KPIs and performance objectives aligned to business goals · Foster a results-driven, accountable and collaborative culture · Recruit and develop talent as the business grows Cross-Functional Collaboration · Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution · Align sales strategy with NPD pipeline and brand initiatives · Represent Tweezerman UK within the Zwilling Beauty Group Leadership Team · Present market updates and OKRs to Group Board and senior stakeholders Experience: · Significant senior sales leadership experience within FMCG · Direct experience managing major UK retailers including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Boots and Superdrug · Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of P&L, margin management and forecasting · A proven track record of delivering sales and profit growth · Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills at senior level · Strategic thinking combined with operational execution · Passion for the Beauty category, ideally Beauty Tools & Accessories · High energy, resilience and a growth mindset
