About You We're looking for a technically capable transformer engineer who is ready to take responsibility for supervising site activities and supporting the wider engineering team. You'll ideally have: • Strong experience in transformer assembly, installation, maintenance and refurbishment., • Practical knowledge of transformer mechanical and electrical systems., • Experience carrying out transformer testing, functional checks and fault identification., • The ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams and specifications., • Previous experience supervising engineers, subcontractors or site-based teams., • A strong understanding of site health and safety requirements, RAMS and safe working practices., • Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills., • A professional, customer-focused approach and the ability to represent the business positively on site., • Flexibility to travel regularly throughout the UK and internationally.
