    Job Overview We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Executive – IT Sales to join our growing team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of IT solutions and services. You will play a key role in managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting through to negotiation and closing deals. Duties • Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B and B2C markets through networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and market research., • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to proposal, negotiation, and closing new business., • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients., • Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable IT solutions and services., • Conduct professional product demonstrations, client presentations, and sales meetings., • Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements., • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records using CRM systems., • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs., • Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are met., • Stay informed about the latest IT industry trends, SaaS developments, emerging technologies, market news, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities., • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions where required. Experience • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in B2B & B2C IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or Business Development., • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets., • Strong understanding of the SaaS (Software as a Service) business model, subscription-based sales, recurring revenue, and customer lifecycle management., • Good understanding of BDR (Business Development Representative) and SDR (Sales Development Representative) processes, including prospecting, lead qualification, outreach strategies, and pipeline management., • Ability to understand client business requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions., • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills., • Commercially minded, self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven., • Willingness to work extended hours when business demands require., • Willingness to travel across the UK for client meetings and business development activities., • A valid UK driving licence is an advantage., • Fluency in one or more additional languages is highly desirable, with the ability to communicate effectively with international and global clients., • Candidates currently serving a notice period of 30 days or less are preferred., • Immediate or early joiners will be given preference., • Must have the legal right to work in the UK., • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. You will have: Essential • Experience in a fundraising role, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector, • A successful track record in community fundraising, events, individual giving or related income generation, • Experience building relationships with donors, supporters, community groups or corporate partners, • Strong communication and presentation skills, • Excellent written skills, including experience preparing funding applications or fundraising materials, • Experience using a CRM or database to manage supporter information, • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, • A positive, professional and collaborative approach Desirable • Experience supporting fundraising volunteers or volunteer groups, • Corporate fundraising experience, • Experience contributing to larger trust and foundation applications, • Knowledge of digital fundraising and social media campaigns, • A fundraising qualification or equivalent experience, • Full UK driving licence You do not need previous experience of working with ADHD or autistic people.
