Key responsibilities: Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing the running of the nursery and deputise in their absence. Provide leadership, mentoring, and supervision to room leaders and practitioners in the 2–5 years provision. Ensure a high-quality EYFS curriculum is delivered that supports the learning and development of all children aged 2–5. Monitor planning, observations, and assessments to ensure they are consistent, accurate, and used to support individual development. We operate a small portfolio of high-end boutique accommodation in the Chessington area and are looking for a hands-on Operations & Lead Housekeeper to take full ownership of day-to-day operations. This role includes cleaning, laundry, ironing, basic maintenance, weekend work, and occasional out-of-hours guest communication. There is a base salary of £16,200 (£1350 per month) and then a share of revenue (also paid monthly). Person Specification To succeed in this role, you will need to be a people person with infectious energy. You will be a strong leader and have a real visual presence in the centre. You must be passionate about the centre and providing an unforgettable experience for our customers. Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include: A strong sense of management responsibility and a can do attitude. Willing to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and lead by example.
