About the Role: We are looking for dedicated and empathetic Support Workers to join our team in providing care and support for young people aged 16–18 in semi-independent accommodation. You will play a key role in helping young people transition to independence by offering emotional support, guidance with daily living skills, and helping them achieve their personal goals.
