Job Opportunity: Deputy Manager, Learning Disabilities Service, Lowestoft Brighthire Recruitment is advertising on behalf of our client, who is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join their established learning disabilities service in Lowestoft. This is an excellent opportunity for a Deputy Manager who is passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs within a person-centred environment focused on independence, inclusion, and positive outcomes. The learning disabilities service follows a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach, promoting dignity, choice, and meaningful engagement for the people they support. Key Details: Permanent position 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Days only £14.70 per hour depending on experience About the Role: As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the learning disabilities service, ensuring high standards of care are always maintained. You will lead and support the staff team, oversee care delivery, and take responsibility for the service in the Home Managers absence. This Deputy Manager role would suit somebody with previous leadership experience within a learning disabilities service who is confident supporting adults with complex needs.
