Your new company A high school in Bury has approached Hays looking for an interim IT Technician for 3-6 months. The role would be working in a high school on site Monday-Friday between 0800-1600. They are ideally looking for someone with school experience. Your new role As an IT Technician, you will: • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to staff and students, • Troubleshooting hardware and software, • Maintenance of equipment, hardware and software, • Network diagnostics, • Installations, repairs and upgrades, • Helpdesk queries, • Experience of working in an IT Support role (education sector desirable), • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to support staff and students, • Strong attention to detail and great communication skills, • Enhanced DBS (we can get on pending), • A competitive daily rate of £125-£150 per day, depending on experience., • Weekly pay through the agency., • The opportunity to gain valuable experience in a school environment Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
