Qualifications and Requirements: • Degree‑qualified in a scientific, engineering or business field, or significant programme management experience., • Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary technical projects and programmes., • Experience managing construction, infrastructure or major CAPEX projects (typically £500k+)., • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (APM PMQ, IPMA Level D, or similar beneficial)., • Experience managing multiple concurrent programmes., • Knowledge of grant funding mechanisms and regulatory requirements., • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge at senior level., • Commercially aware with strong strategic decision‑making capabilities., • Experience mentoring or developing junior team members.
