The role: As an Event Leader, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, commercial success and flawless delivery of one of This is Beyond’s major events. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across sales, marketing, content and operations, ensuring every element of the event aligns with our values, brand standards and business objectives.
