Typical entry route and associated qualifications Most suitable entrants will possess A levels or equivalent and a degree or equivalent qualification. Skills, experience and qualifications required A levels or equivalent and preferably a degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, business, digital media or a related field. Strong written and spoken English and the ability to produce clear, commercially effective and customer-friendly copy. Experience of managing business social-media accounts, content calendars, engagement reporting and customer interaction. Competence in basic photo / video content creation and common digital content tools.
