Key Responsibilities: Sales & Strategic Growth • Systematically convert a high-volume pipeline of 350 warm leads into active service contracts., • Proactively hunt for new opportunities through cold outreach, professional networking, and strategic relationship management., • Target and secure contracts across key verticals, including education (schools/colleges), commercial real estate, and public sector estates., • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of recurring revenue through long-term window cleaning agreements., • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to negotiating and closing profitable service level agreements (SLAs)., • Foster lasting partnerships with key decision-makers, including Caretakers, Site Managers, and Facilities Management teams. Business Leadership & Operations • Take full ownership of the window cleaning division, evolving it into a high-performing, standalone business unit., • Collaborate directly with the Managing Director to define and execute the commercial strategy and long-term vision., • Build out the operational infrastructure and capability as the contract portfolio expands., • Recruit, mentor, and lead operational teams to ensure regional coverage and service excellence., • Drive commercial performance against revenue targets and growth KPIs.
