Wednesday: 12:45 – 20:00 Friday: 13:00 – 21:15 Saturday: 11:00 – 20:00 Pay: £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options for fewer hours down to a minimum of 12. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows. You will receive three weeks’ notice of your shifts. Flexibility is supported when your available times closely match the advertised windows. • Serve customers with passion and pride, delivering a great natural service., • Possess product knowledge and apply training to work safely and effectively., • Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required., • Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet their needs at the right time., • Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere., • Understand your store's performance and contribute to service and sales, waste reduction, shrink control, and profit., • Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition., • Live the values, making everyone feel welcome and following policies., • Accept deliveries into the store when required., • Passionate about delivering great customer service, greeting customers with a smile., • Build rapport with customers to create a memorable shopping experience., • Takes initiative and makes decisions that support customers., • Works well within a team, communicating openly with colleagues., • Builds relationships to create team spirit, celebrate success, and have fun., • Arrives on time, well presented, and represents the brand. Age Requirement Applicants must be over 18 years old. Applicants must have passed the school leaver’s age and, if the role requires working before 06:15 am or after 09:45 pm, or involves work in specialised areas such as the warehouse, beer, wine, spirits, counter, bakery or driving, must be over 18.
