Marylebone Services are working with a well-regarded and unique nursery based in King Cross, London who are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing, high-quality setting with a strong focus on staff and children wellbeing, small class sizes, and excellent development opportunities. This is a full-time, TERM-TIME permanent position with a competitive salary. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week based on shift patterns between 8am-6pm. The ideal candidate will be someone enthusiastic, kind, and is committed to deliver outstanding high-quality childcare. Someone who is self-motivated and can inspire others, constantly looking to develop and improve. Key responsibilities: • To plan and supervise a range of outings for the children, • Work closely with parents and create trusting relationships with all families., • To work as part of a team to effectively deliver the EYFS ensuring that the individual needs and interests of children in the setting are met, • To maintain accurate records of key children’s development and learning journeys and share with parents, carers, and other key adults in the child’s life, • Uphold a high level of safeguarding practice and ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times, • Working collaboratively with colleagues and the management team to maintain high standards, • To ensure good standards of safety, hygiene and cleanliness and maintained at all times Requirements: • Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare, • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a nursery setting, • Understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding & EYFS, • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, • A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach, • Computer Literate Benefits: • A small and unique nursery environment, • Small class sizes to allow focused, high-quality child care, • A wonderful, highly qualified team and supportive management, • Regular opportunities for personal, and professional development with career progression including access to paid CPD-certified courses, • Annual leave: 26 days plus bank holidays, • Auto-enrolment into pension scheme, • Good transport links Job Type: Full-Time, TERM-TIME, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday: 37.5 hours/week Salary: £30,000 per annum, pro rata If you are passionate about early years education and want to be part of a supportive team, please apply now
