Job Title: Account Manager – Asbestos & Compliance Location: Leeds (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote) Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum Overview Our client, a well-established asbestos and compliance consultancy, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their Leeds-based team. This is a relationship-led role focused on managing and developing an existing portfolio of clients, with a strong emphasis on revenue growth and client retention. The position is ideally suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in managing client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand service delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell asbestos and compliance services Proactively follow up on quotations, reports, and recommendations Ensure consistent client engagement to maximise account value Maintain accurate records using internal systems/CRM Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery Contribute to overall revenue growth through effective account management Requirements Previous experience in an Account Management or client-facing role (essential) Strong organisational and time management skills Persistent and proactive approach to managing client activity Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Confident in building relationships and influencing stakeholders Process-driven with strong attention to detail Commercially aware with a focus on revenue generation Working Arrangement Hybrid working model: 3 days in the Leeds office, 2 days remote Package £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary Opportunity to join a growing, specialist compliance business Long-term career development opportunities Summary This is an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager who enjoys developing existing relationships, working in a structured environment, and driving revenue through consistent client engagement
