What you’ll be doing • Lead and deliver high-value commercial and tech matters, from software licensing to complex procurement, JV and outsourcing deals, • Own client relationships in growth sectors such as fintech, SaaS, digital media, and medtech, • Work cross-practice with corporate, IP and regulatory specialists to deliver cohesive advice, • Mentor junior team members and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the practice What you’ll bring • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 4-7+ PQE in commercial/technology law, • Experience advising across tech, SaaS, digital or regulated sectors, • Commercial mindset with clear, confident client communication, • Proven ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior lawyers Who this suits You’re a commercially minded lawyer ready to take ownership of clients and matters in a firm that values autonomy and ambition.
