What will your day look like: • Ownership and oversight of the claims handling team, including management of team workload, • Managing a mixture of remote and office based claims handlers, • Development of claims handlers to achieve client SLA’s via support and coaching, • Ensure a high level of staff engagement, • Attend Client Review Meetings where appropriate, • Conducting regular performance and audit reviews, include annual PDR’s, • Managing claims handler absences, • Continuous improvement focus leading excellent customer service and technical delivery of claims, • Complaint escalation point, • Ensure Key Performance Indicator targets are reached and maintained., • Oversight of payment audit approval process to defined limits, • Involvement in recruitment and interview processes for claims handler/administrator roles#INDUKI Knowledge and Abilities: • A genuine passion for people management, • The confidence and gravitas to act as an efficient escalation point: Claims and team related queries / Complaints. Experience of Customer Service and Claims Management in an insurance background., • Flexibility and adaptability., • The ability to organise own workload.
