Target customer categories and types aligned with our existing customer base, maximising opportunities for success. • Initiate contact with potential customers through voice and video calls and responding to enquiries with the aim of developing new leads and relationships. • Assist sales strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness and sales and maintain accurate and current information on prospects and interaction activities in company CRM systems. • Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects. Requirements: • Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadlines. • Solid communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to generate and qualify leads. • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. • Active listener with the ability to gather valuable information. • Solid understanding of Sales and Marketing, Client Servicing, elements of reporting and service websites for client needs. • Excellent customer service skills.
