Working together with brands to grow their Sales team National Account Executive – Challenger Brand - Health We’re working with one of the UK’s most exciting challenger brands - a fast-growing team on a mission to turn one of the world’s most powerful wild superfruits into a household name. In the last two years, they’ve grown 350% , launched internationally, and secured listings with Sainsbury’s, Ocado, Planet Organic, and Selfridges. Now, they’re looking for an Account Executive to take their wholesale and indie retail channels to the next level. The role You’ll own and grow the wholesale & independent retail channel (think CLF, Diverse, Greencity, Cakesmiths ) and help strengthen their premium retail presence in places like Selfridges and Harvey Nichols. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be out in market, building relationships, and making sure the brand lands with impact. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you’ll be on the road regularly - London, Bristol, Brighton, Glasgow, Edinburgh and beyond. If you’re after a desk job, this won’t be your vibe. What you’ll do Manage and grow key wholesale accounts Deliver trade activity and activations across the UK Partner with sales & marketing on killer promos and campaigns Feed market insights and feedback into the wider team Champion a brand that walks the talk on sustainability What we’re looking for 1+ years’ FMCG sales experience (wholesaler exposure a big plus) A natural relationship-builder who loves being on the road ️ Highly organised, proactive, and commercially switched on Someone who thrives in a hustle and enjoys rolling up their sleeves Real passion for sustainability, health, and challenger brands Laptop + loads of health-focused freebies Genuine progression opportunities Close mentorship from senior leadership Now: Apply today with your CV which will be reviewed by our MKJ Ignite team.
