Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Transformation Programme (Fixed Term) About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic transformation programme within our production and supply operations. This fixed-term role will oversee the realignment of products, services, infrastructure, and organisational structure across three key workstreams: • Products and Assets, • Service and Infrastructure, • Organisational Structure (including roles, skills, and headcount) The successful candidate will establish and manage a robust PMO function, ensuring effective governance, delivery, and stakeholder engagement throughout the programme lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Establish and maintain comprehensive PMO governance, • Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations, • Lead risk and issue management with effective mitigation strategies, • Support consultation processes with trade unions regarding workforce changes, • Provide clear, regular reporting to senior stakeholders, • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery, • Resolve complex challenges that may impact programme success, • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements Experience and Skills • Proven experience leading PMO functions for large-scale transformation programmes, • Strong background in workforce restructuring and consultation processes, • Expertise in project governance, financial forecasting, and budget management, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, • Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities, • Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change in a dynamic environment.
