Salary £25,500 basic £31,610 OTE uncapped Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm No Weekends In this role, you will: Manage all incoming customer enquiries via telephone, website, and digital channels. Process and handle outbound marketing to existing customers. Identify customer needs and respond with professional, solution-focused support. Promote and upsell retention products using expert sales techniques. Ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and high-quality experience. About you: Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in a customer-focused environment, ideally within a premium or high-end brand. Confident telephone manner and ability to work effectively in a team. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
