As we scale toward our growth targets, we're looking for a strategic HubSpot Solutions Consultant to join our delivery team and help shape the future of our client engagements. About the Role As our HubSpot Solutions Consultant, you'll be the technical architect behind transformative RevOps implementations. This isn't just about configuring HubSpot, you'll be an advisor who translates complex business challenges into scalable, revenue-driving solutions. You'll work directly with our founder and growing team to deliver high-impact projects that fundamentally change how our clients operate. This role combines deep technical HubSpot expertise with strategic thinking, perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems and seeing the direct impact of their work on client growth. What You'll Do Strategic Implementation & Architecture • Support end-to-end HubSpot implementations across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs for mid-market B2B clients, alongside our RevOps Strategists and Principal RevOps Consultants, • Design and architect comprehensive builds on HubSpot based on the clients’ RevOps systems to align sales, marketing, and customer success teams, • Conduct strategic HubSpot audits and develop 120 day optimisation roadmaps, • Build advanced workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring models, and attribution systems that drive measurable results, • Use your expert knowledge of HubSpot to proactively advise the Delivery Lead on improvements to the client setup Client Partnership & Consulting • Serve as the primary technical advisor during client engagements, translating business objectives into scalable HubSpot architecture, • Support our team analysing business requirements we’ve gathered from C-suite and translate them into technical solutions, • Deliver comprehensive training sessions and create enablement resources that ensure long-term client success, • Present technical solutions and roadmaps to internal and external audiences with confidence and clarity Technical Excellence & Innovation • Manage data migrations and ensure data integrity across integrated systems, • Build custom properties, associations, and reporting dashboards that provide actionable insights to enable scalable client growth, not because we want to build the ‘perfect’ setup, • Design and implement advanced automation processes that enable our clients to nurture leads and optimise conversion rates, • Stay current with HubSpot's evolving feature set and API capabilities to drive continuous improvement, • Be proactive in how we can better utilise MCP servers within the context of HubSpot and client delivery Project Leadership & Collaboration • Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple client engagements simultaneously, • Collaborate with our growing team on strategic initiatives and knowledge sharing, • Document processes, create templates, and contribute to our expanding methodology library, • Support business development efforts through technical discovery calls and solution presentations What You Bring Essential Requirements • 3-5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience, with proven success implementing across Sales and Marketing Hubs, and ideally Service and Data Hubs, • RevOps understanding - you know how sales, marketing, and customer success should work together strategically, even if you haven’t been in that role before, • Strong client management skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and managing complex project requirements, with the support of our Delivery team, • Technical proficiency in HubSpot's advanced features: custom objects, workflows, reporting, user permissions, and data modelling to drive revenue growth for clients, • Excellent communication skills - you can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and confidently - both internal and external Highly-valued Experience • Agency or consulting background with experience managing multiple client implementations simultaneously, • B2B MedTech, LegalTech, or Professional Services sector experience, • HubSpot API experience and familiarity with integration or automation platforms, • Analysis skills such as SQL, advanced Google Sheets, or similar analytical tools (or have proven experience of making it happen with AI support), • HubSpot certifications across multiple Hubs (we'll support time for additional certifications), • Project management experience to ensure we keep high levels of transparency with the client on our progress, • Experience using or deploying AI solutions to enable us to keep delivering a best-in-class client experience as we adapt to technical developments in the coming years Why Join Our Team Professional Growth & Impact • Be one of the first ten team members -
