L&D MANAGER Fortidia UK (MBE UK / P&S UK / World Options UK ) is a leading third-party provider of shipping, fulfillment, print and marketing solutions to small and medium enterprises and consumers globally mainly via a network of independently owned and operated franchised locations. We are searching for a Learning & Development Manager (Maternity Cover) The Learning & Development Manager contributes to Company’s goals achievement designing and executing training plans, aimed to reach a common and shared knowhow, behavior and corporate culture among both corporate and franchisees network. The Learning & Development Manager is also in charge of designing, planning and operating initiatives aimed to improve franchisees’ technical competences. Responsibilities • Monitor and identify learning needs, • Design and implement learning methodologies (e.g. role-play, business games, workshop) and courses, throughout different channels (e.g. class, online, field meetings)., • Create and execute learning strategies and programs, • Measure and track learning and training performances, • Provide and coordinate trainings such as:, • New Franchisee Training, • Products and Services Training, • Competence Training, • Network Engagement Training (e.g. Conference), • Act as a liaison and regularly interface with franchisee Education Committee via regular teleconferences and email communications, • Monitor the success of development plans and support key stakeholders make the most of learning opportunities, • 5-years experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar, • BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field, • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methodologies, • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices, • Experience in project management and budgeting, • Proficient in G-Suite tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS), • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, • Ability to build relationships with franchisees, employees and vendors, • A sharp business acumen and familiarity with developing Sales Skills, • Ability to evaluate and improve processes, • Strong attention to detail, • Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently, • Availability to travel, • Excellent mastery of written and spoken English is a prerequisite together with advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel). Contract length: 9 months Pay: £42,000.00-£46,000.00 per year Benefits:
