Youll grow the companys UK footprint by securing new clients, driving sales, and nurturing long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, DIY networks, and contractors. This is a field-based role that offers both autonomy and the backing of a supportive international structure. Responsibilities Build and execute regional sales strategies Win new business while servicing and growing existing accounts Work across all distribution channels (shops, wholesalers, contractors, DIY) Implement trade policies, distribution, and marketing plans in line with company goals Achieve sales targets and expand market presence Provide professional, efficient service and maintain strong client relationships Skills & Qualifications 2+ years sales experience in interior design, building materials, or technical products (B2B or B2C) Goal-driven with strong negotiation and communication skills Proactive and confident in developing new business English proficiency (spoken/written) Full UK driving licence Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships I am acting as a recruitment agency on behalf of my client for this vacancy.
