We are now looking for a Club Director to join our Club Management team, leading our club portfolio with Mayfair at its core. \n The Club Director is responsible for leading the strategic transformation and operational excellence across luxury club environments, ensuring premium service, world-class hospitality and exceptional commercial performance. With Mayfair entering its transition to a social wellness destination, the Club Director will play a defining role in shaping this flagship model, setting standards that will influence the future of the organisation. \n The Role \n\n • Full accountability for Revenue and EBITDA growth, ensuring the club operates as a profitable and sustainable business.\n, • Managing and growing all revenue streams including membership acquisition.\n, • Driving member engagement and reducing churn through intentional service and community-building strategies.\n, • Leading capital projects and ensuring return on investment delivery.\n, • Managing operating costs in line with annual budgets and financial targets.\n, • Ensuring the club maintains premium brand standards, operational excellence and full compliance across Health & Safety and audit requirements.\n, • Recruiting, developing and leading high-performing teams.\n, • Driving a strong performance culture through clear accountability, coaching and people development.\n, • Overseeing product penetration.\n, • Delivering exceptional member experiences that drive NPS, retention and advocacy.\n, • Experience within luxury hospitality, premium fitness, private members clubs or multi-site leadership.\n, • A deep understanding of exceptional guest experience and experiential service models.\n, • Strong commercial and brand-building capabilities, ideally involving transformation or service redesign.\n, • The ability to inspire leaders and teams in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.\n, • Creativity and innovation to shape new-to-market wellness propositions.\n, • Passion for premium wellbeing, elevated service and experiential environments.\n\nOur Perks\n\n, • Competitive bonus structure\n
