You'll work closely with our Ecommerce Manager to: Improve customer journeys and site performance Analyse sales trends and trading reports Plan and deliver product launches, promotions, and campaigns Keep our online store engaging, fresh, and commercially successful Key Responsibilities Monitor daily online performance and contribute to strategies that increase sales Own and maintain the trading calendar to deliver launches, offers, and updates seamlessly Use data insights to optimise merchandising, product recommendations, and promotional activity Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and other teams to deliver profitable campaigns Produce clear trade reports, highlighting trends and opportunities for growth About You We're looking for a customer-first ecommerce professional with a commercial mindset and a love of data .
