If you want a pristine, fully equipped environment, genuine job security, state-of-the-art tooling, and every single weekend off, this is the position for you. • Competitive Basic Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (Depending on Experience), • High-Yield Bonus: Generous performance scheme to boost your annual earnings, • Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00—No Saturday or Sunday shifts, ever., • Pristine Workshop Setup: Dedicated bays equipped with modern diagnostic suites (ODIS), official VAG specialist tooling, and clean working conditions, • Time Off: Generous paid annual leave + statutory bank holidays, • Financial Security: Company pension scheme included, • Career Development: Ongoing technical upskilling, official specialist training, and clear career progression pathways, • Carry out manufacturer-level vehicle servicing, preventative maintenance, and detailed Vehicle Health Checks (VHC) across Volkswagen Group vehicles., • Perform complex mechanical repairs, including timing belts/chains, clutch replacements, gearbox overhauls, suspension work, and engine builds., • Utilize ODIS diagnostic software and advanced electrical troubleshooting suites to pin-point complex faults quickly and accurately., • Complete pre-MOT inspections and vehicle safety prep to high specialist standards., • Maintain clean electronic job records and uphold a "right-first-time" quality control standard., • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or proven time-served equivalent)., • Experience: Proven track record as a Vehicle Technician, Auto Technician, Motor Mechanic, or VAG Specialist within a main dealership or quality independent garage., • Technical Skills: Confident in mechanical repair, advanced electrical diagnosis and using modern workshop diagnostic tools., • Work Ethic: A quality-driven professional who takes pride in neat, precise craftsmanship., • Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Required).
