This is a full-time position with an immediate start. The role involves handling small, lightweight products only, and full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities • Fulfil customer orders using an iPad system and prepare them for dispatch, • Answer customer phone calls when needed, providing excellent customer service, • Manage customer returns and replacements efficiently, • Organise the warehouse, sort incoming deliveries, and report shortages or low stock levels (software supported), • Work collaboratively within a small, close-knit team, paying attention to details and taking on feedback Requirements • Fluent English is essential, • Basic Excel skills are mandatory, • Confident, proactive, and able to perform well in a busy environment, • Willingness to learn, improve, and grow within the role, • Strong team player with a positive attitude, • Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or customer service is preferred but not required Working Hours • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, • Not working on Bank Holiday Location • Based near Canons Park in Stanmore, with good access to public transport

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the warehouse team, allocating daily workloads and ensuring that orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time. Main Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team., • Allocate work and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time., • Manage and monitor staff performance and productivity., • Organise picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders., • Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries., • Ensure goods are received, checked and stored correctly., • Monitor stock levels, stock rotation and expiry dates., • Ensure chilled, frozen and ambient products are stored and handled correctly., • Investigate stock, picking and packing discrepancies., • Maintain accurate warehouse and inventory records., • Ensure Health & Safety and food-handling procedures are followed., • Train, support and supervise warehouse employees., • Assist with staff rotas and daily staffing requirements., • Liaise with management, drivers and other departments., • Identify operational problems and implement improvements., • Carry out stock counts and inventory checks., • Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse., • Assist with driving/deliveries or vehicle movements when operationally required. Essential Requirements • Previous managerial or supervisory experience is required., • Previous warehouse experience is required (minimum 2 years experience)., • Full UK driving licence is required (held for a minimum of 2 years), • Good spoken and written English is required. Previous experience within a food, FMCG, retail or wholesale warehouse would be highly desirable.
