We are looking to appoint a *Registered Manager *to join our *Children’s home *in the heart of . For this home, you will need to have experience as a Leader and Manager within Residential Children's Homes, who can lead, develop, and manage an established team of Residential Child Care Workers. Our Residential service offers therapeutic homes catering to the children's daily needs. We understand the needs of the children and recognise and support our Children who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences and trauma. Our integrated model, which is embedded in our culture at Five Rivers, has been developed with our clinical team so we can achieve the best outcomes for our young people. As a registered manager, you will deliver and execute our brand values, be an integral part of our residential leadership team, and work collaboratively with the Registered manager of our Salisbury home network, our Clinical Team and Education Services. You also need a minimum of two years' experience in a children's home, with at least one year in a supervisory or management role, hold or be working towards your level 5 in leadership and management, and have a minimum of Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Work Force, have a proven track record with Ofsted, Legislative Framework. The setting is for three children aged 6-18 who call this their home. It is based in the centre of Salisbury, a short walk to our school, head office, and all the shops and amenities, and easily commutable for neighbouring villages and towns.
