The Role We are seeking a Luxury Jewellery Store Manager to lead our Salisbury store. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience in luxury jewellery, premium retail, or boutique fashion, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will: • Lead a talented team of 6, • Drive store performance and sales growth, • Deliver an exceptional customer experience Key Responsibilities • Lead, motivate, and develop your team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews, • Build a positive, high-performing team culture, • Drive sales, exceed targets, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities to increase revenue, • Oversee stock control, cash handling, and daily store operations, • Maintain high visual merchandising and store standards, • Deliver personalised, exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships, • Manage enquiries, orders, and complaints efficiently, • Plan staff rotas based on trading patterns, • Maintain customer records and report performance to senior management, • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations About You • Experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or Assistant Manager, • Background in luxury jewellery, premium retail, or boutique fashion preferred, • Strong leadership and people management skills, • Commercially driven, with focus on sales growth and profitability, • Organised, proactive, hands-on, with excellent communication skills Technical Skills: • Microsoft Office, POS/till systems, stock management systems, Bransom software (desirable) Working Hours • Monday – Saturday: 9:15am – 5:10pm, • Some Sundays in December: 9:45am – 4:10pm, • Fixed days off: Sunday & Monday Apply Now If you are an experienced Luxury Jewellery Store Manager ready to lead a high-performing team in a premium retail environment, we want to hear from you.
