Acting as a trusted advisor, the position helps reduce risk, prevent incidents, and strengthen the organisations overall SHE performance by supporting the SHE Manager. Some of the duties : Provide independent assurance that site activities comply with SHE policies, legal requirements, and environmental permit conditions. Conduct SHE audits, inspections, and compliance reviews across operational areas. Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of risk controls developed by operational teams. Environmental Support the implementation and continual improvement of the site Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001 and the site Energy Management System in accordance with ISO 50001. Assist in identifying opportunities to improve environmental performance and energy efficiency. Support monitoring and reporting of energy performance indicators ( EnPIs ) and environmental metrics.
