Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a high-growth, market-leading healthcare organisation to appoint a Head of HR to a newly created, strategic leadership role. Our client is a UK-wide organisation employing 500+ staff across multiple sites and is undergoing an exciting phase of growth and transformation. This role will play a critical part in shaping a high-performance, inclusive and future-ready culture. Reporting into the executive leadership team, you will lead the People function, a team of 5, owning the full people agenda across a multi-site operation. Key Responsibilities: People Strategy & Change • Lead and develop a high-performing People team, • Partner with senior leadership to align people strategy with business growth, • Lead organisational change and transformation initiatives, • Drive workforce planning and future talent strategy, • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion across the organisation Culture & Engagement • Embed company values and lead cultural evolution, • Design and deliver engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives, • Act as a visible culture ambassador across all sites HR Operations & Governance • Oversee all HR operations including onboarding, contracts, and HR systems, • Ensure continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience, • Ensure compliance with employment law, H&S and regulatory standards Reward & Benefits • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits frameworks, • Lead reward, recognition and performance initiatives, • Ensure market competitiveness and internal fairness About You You will be a senior, commercially minded People leader with experience operating at scale in a complex, multi-site environment.
