We are seeking a professional, dependable, and proactive Part-Time Vacant Property Inspection Officer to undertake scheduled property inspections, access visits, and basic facilities compliance checks across a portfolio of vacant and managed properties. This is a mobile-based role working 24 hours per week, requiring regular travel between sites. The position combines elements of property inspection, security monitoring, and basic facilities management responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in safeguarding client assets by identifying, recording, and reporting security risks, maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, and property-related defects. This is not a traditional security guarding role.
