What You'll Be Doing Picking and packing equipment and spare parts orders Receiving and booking in incoming service repairs Logging items onto the ERP system and tagging for servicing Managing outgoing repairs and preparing them for dispatch Packing equipment and coordinating courier collections Greeting customers and handling service handovers Completing and checking relevant documentation Handling incoming courier shipments and unpacking goods Maintaining a clean, organised and presentable service and reception area Carrying out regular stock checks and assisting with stock takes Liaising with procurement regarding stock discrepancies Providing ad hoc support to stores, service and production teams About You We're looking for someone who is: Experienced in goods in/out, stores or dispatch roles Confident in a customer-facing environment Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths and English Comfortable using IT systems and ERP software Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to manage changing priorities effectively Proactive, positive and enthusiastic Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision A strong communicator In possession of a valid driving licence Desirable: Counterbalance FLT licence
