You'll work collaboratively across compliance, operations, marketing, and support teams to drive business performance and continually enhance the client experience. \n \n Importantly, this role offers the chance to make a genuine impact within a growing and highly respected firm that values innovation, professionalism, and long-term career development. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n \n\n • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Financial Advisers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability\n, • Coach advisers to maximise performance, client outcomes, and professional development\n, • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning initiatives\n, • Drive operational efficiency and implement best-practice processes across the advice function\n, • Monitor adviser performance, workflow, and productivity, identifying opportunities for improvement\n, • Collaborate with compliance, operations, and marketing teams to ensure business objectives and regulatory standards are met\n, • Analyse management information and performance data to support strategic decision-making\n, • Contribute to business growth initiatives by identifying market opportunities and evolving client needs\n, • Prepare and present meaningful performance and operational reports to senior management\n, • Champion a positive, collaborative, and client-centric culture throughout the business\n\n \n About You \n \n We welcome applications from experienced Financial Planners looking to move into leadership, as well as established Financial Services Managers seeking a new opportunity. \n To be successful, you will have: \n\n • Proven experience within financial planning or wealth management\n, • Previous people management, team leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience\n, • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)\n, • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and holistic financial planning\n, • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills\n, • A genuine passion for developing and supporting others\n, • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of business performance drivers\n, • Experience using management information and data to improve outcomes\n, • High professional standards and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service\n\n Progress towards Chartered status would be advantageous but is not essential. \n \n Why Join? \n \n This is more than a management role.
