But we are looking for potential.You'll likely have:Experience in customer service or salesStrong communication and listening skillsA genuine passion for helping peopleDrive, ambition, and the willingness to learnKeen organisation and team working skillsThe resilience to work in a regulated, performance-focused environmentExperience, whilst it's useful, it's the right attitude and willingness to get stuck in that what will truly get you far here.
