We are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse who is passionate about caring for older people and committed to delivering the highest standards of mental and physical healthcare. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how they plan to carry out the responsibilities of the role, as well as their commitment to collaborative team working. The Clinical Team Leader will play a key role in leading others in the development of knowledge, ideas and clinical practice particularly in the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care plans for older adults with both functional and organic mental illness.
