The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of HP and Xerox print solutions—including high-end production equipment. This role involves both hands-on engineering work and analytical assessments, ensuring optimized performance and client satisfaction Key Responsibilities:- • Install and Configure HP and Xerox multifunction printers, copiers, and production print devices at client sites., • Implement Print Solutions, including secure print, follow-me printing, print management software (e.g., Xerox Workplace Suite, HP Access Control), and workflow automation tools., • Deliver End-User Training on proper use of devices, secure printing practices, and use of print management or document solutions., • Provide Break-Fix Support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related printing issues., • Carry Out Preventive and Periodic Maintenance, firmware upgrades, and system health checks on installed devices., • Document Technical Processes, service activities, and solutions implemented, ensuring alignment with service-level agreements (SLAs). Experience and Skills:- • Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting Xerox and HP printer environments, including production-class equipment., • Proven experience with Xerox solutions (e.g. Workplace Suite)., • Solid understanding of print servers, network protocols, and integration with Active Directory/LDAP., • Hands-on experience in device firmware upgrades, configuration utilities, and fleet management tools., • Strong knowledge of Windows and Apple print architecture and troubleshooting methodologies., • Ability to interpret technical manuals, service bulletins, and diagnostic tools., • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a field team.
